For the Curious - A Yard Sign Printing Press

This is a M&R Graphic Screen Printing Press. The press operator loads the sign blank into the press by hand then steps on a foot pedal for the screen to be automatically flooded with ink and the yard sign printed. The head (pictured here in the open position), lifts automatically after the printing cycle. Then the press operator removes the yard sign and places it on the UV reactor for curing.

After passing through the reactor the yard sign is immediately ready for shipment.

At SignOutfitters.com our reactors have a conveyor which moves the cured real estate yard sign to the packaging and shipping stations for final inspection, packaging, and nationwide shipment.

Two Color Handicap Sign Specifications

Some of our most popular signs are Handicap Parking Signs (40 different sign styles) and No Parking Signs (80 different sign styles).  We also stock state specific handicapped parking signs for most states including California, Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Handicap Parking Sign are available in two styles:

1. BE Powder Coated Paint on 18 Gauge Steel Handicapped Sign - These economical metal handicap signs are 3/64 inches thick (18GA) and sprayed with a polyester powder coated, baked on paint.  Steel signs have an average lifespan of 5 years.  These metal signs are ideal in a situation where reflectivity is not needed.
2. RA Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting on .080 Aluminum Handicapped Sign - This material will reflect at night when light hits it.  Signs are .080 inches thick with an engineer grade reflective sheeting applied over the surface.  Aluminum handicap signs will never rust and have an average lifespan of 7 years.  Signs meet most State and Federal D.O.T. specifications.
